You may be reading into this a little too much.
Kind of sounds like a preemptive excuse for when nothing happens.
Haven't heard a word of real developments this year except about that one day camp where they gave out free shirts to kids.
Now there is a yield sign again on the stock meaning they are once again late getting out the quarterly financials.
Maybe there will be some real developments once the semester ends and focus returns to the company??
