PNOW sure does know how to fleece investors! Now they are going into the business of Court fraud too.

the graph below was in the Annual Report and the quarterly from November right when Eric Novshen was drafting his defamation lawsuit. He needed to prove damages, hard to tell a judge a web posting made you lose money from stock manipulation sooooo...his buddies let him write what he needed into the financial reports. What a joke... They don't even take their financial reports seriously letting their "consultants" use them to commit fraud on the court.

"During October 2014, the Company entered into a Consulting Agreement with Eric Noveshen to provide logistical guidance. In connection with the agreement, the Company was to provide the consultant with a signing bonus of approximately $84,000 and a monthly cash payment of $1,500 to be paid in cash or stock. As of September 30, 2015, the Company paid no remuneration to the consultant. The Company has determined to retroactively terminate the Consulting Agreement with this consultant due to certain groups of individuals that are posting defamatory attacks about the Company which are somehow tied or linked to the consultant. The Company will defend itself vigorously against any further such attacks. The Company agreed to pay the consultant $1,500 and no stock as full and final payment of the Consulting Agreement upon certain performance by the consultant. As of the date hereof, the Company has not paid the consultant. The balances being adjusted are: as of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, unpaid consulting fees were $96,000 and $87,000, respectively and as of September 30, 2015, unpaid fees were $1,500. The Company recorded the forgiveness of debt as additional paid in capital on the condensed consolidated balance sheet as of September 30, 2015."
