What the PR really says is: ALL previous attempts to make our business work have failed, so we're going to raise money to buy a company that actually works. But what we'll probably actually do is buy a failed company at a fire sale with the intention of turning it around because we arrogantly think we're much better businessmen than those losers who couldn't make their business work.
