Tonogold is a zombie company with a CEO who went MIA and has not been heard from since 2015.

The Tonogold web site is not in compliance and does not match their filings. They show assets on their web site which their own financials show as no longer being in the company. It looks to me like the CEO spent nearly all of the money that Tonogold raised on his own salary. He even drove the company into debt and lost company assets. As Rick Rule would say, this is another cockroach zombie mining company with no assets, no cash, no reporting and no management.
