Yes, Stan's passing would be a detriment to POWN. The whole company is built around him and his new creations.

I think Stan's passing would severely limit the upside potential of POWN.

POWN isn't set up to run with a successor. Nor will Stan be around to create the next Spider-Man. Stan also won't be around to consult on IP development.

Except for some initial interest in all things Stan Lee, after his passing, it will be hard to attract companies to even look at POWN going forward.
