Something is better than nothing. I would cut a deal with the Chinese that they could not refuse. Also, I would consider taking the company to Canada. There the govt. not only provides R&D but funding alternatives as well. Once a Canadian plant is up and running, China, Mississippi and other states would line up and investment would pour in.
