[Be-Realistic]

I think the 8K hurts us as far as people assessing the stock.....even though it was a changes in beneficial ownership.....
normally you don;t see this with a more volatile stock and an older stable company.....I think that scares people away......

I wish that thy could get there stuff straight without stuff like this going on all the time......We need to be solid in every aspect especially with the leaders of the company, board members, etc...changes all the time in presidents, new operators, etc...keep us down all the time as it doesn't matter how much news is out that sounds good.....When you have things going on on the inside of things such as "an 8K" etc...kills us.....all of this is just my opinion and could be wrong about how i think people perceive things like this happening......
