You and me both. Fairly decent signs of growing progress, are becoming increasingly evident, however. So, it seems any resurgence in pps is going to depend largely on the potential order or possibility of certain events; all of which are controlled by the company:

News releases detailing progress made within the fins.

Announcements of newly signed contracts, which will benefit future fins.

No news releases at all, but fins attractive enough, as to warrant notice by a larger audience of investors.
