Here is a must read article on Digital Turbine. It is from September of 2015 and discusses the manipulation and corruption of past management and the hedge funds. I certainly believe the manipulation continues to this day.

Accumulation line has been trending up but every day there have been many more sells showing up than buys. The MM's are covering their shorts and making them appear as sells and trading this flat and sideways at will.

Not sure if all the lawsuits have been cleared up or if Bill Stone was part of this but it appeared they were trying to clean up their act.
