Should it be that they get the system to perform as required, there will be little interest in the product or the technology until the 2020 deadline for the emissions requirement is much nearer. By that time, fuel suppliers will have modified their refining processes to clean up the fuel at a price acceptable to the market, thus making this technology obsolete. In the meantime, the salaries that are being paid to Triton officers will continue to support them way too comfortably, effectively killing any incentive to expedite product development.
