I don't know. I think they are struggling with who their IR firm is at the moment. They may have 2, or none, at the moment. Neither would be a surprise to me. They issued the last press release twice, identical ones.

Or perhaps the person at the other end doesn't feel like responding. Or doesn't know what to say. In general, it matters what questions you ask. Anything that comes even close to what could be considered material non-public information will not get you a reply. Perhaps they are in a quiet period, planning a spin-off. It sucks. But at this stage, I wouldn't expect a reply until they file the 10-K. Even then, you never know with this company.
