What's your interest in this stock? I know you can't be short b/c you would have to put up 2.50 per share to short and who would do that for a penny stock? So what's your angle here?

Having over 700m cash will not be easy in BK court, they would have to be some sort of an agreement with debt holders.

And let's not forget the huge holders.
