The R/S may be Paychest plan eventually, but they have no cash to even pay for the name change. Without a name change being done first, new company shares cannot be distributed.....

If anything, those Paychest folks shot themselves in the foot by suggesting an R/S. Insiders can't sell anymore paper to newbies...
