Yes, when last I spoke to Justin Llewellyn, he informed me that they had two grades up and running and we're anticipating advancing those figures. But he could not speak to any negotiations concerning restructuring efforts and only advised me that they were continuing to consult with their legal team. While Core Business operations appear to be slowly coming back online , from a shareholder equity position everything has an heir of a pre packaged BK or some other form of restructuring
