This is a totally misconstrued view - shocking huh ?

No one wants the company to fail, nor shareholders to lose $$$

Posters (that are referred to in the above quote) want to ensure that shareholders (and potential shareholders that come to this site for the first time) don't lose more money than they already have.

Posters, are simply pointing out the obvious -

No plan, no cash, no nothing - other than some general platitudes

Posters are merely posting a "caveat emptor" warning
