What kind of management and / or board doesn't support the stock when the stock is this level. Hell sell off the beef operations at cost and use the funds for capitalizing the mega-farm and a small buyback. If this was a real company with real corporate governance heads would have rolled by now. If my vote counted I'm not sure I could vote for any of these guys on the Board at the present momment.
