That is not clear to me? Why didnt they update the float to DEc 2015?
If you are correct the company is way undervalued w their revenues.
The Company’s authorized capital stock consists of 100,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, and 10,000,000 shares of preferred stock, $0.0001 par value per share. As of December 31, 2015, after the exchange of shares there were 4,469,863 shares of common stock outstanding. As of December 31, 2014, an aggregate of 436,000 shares of our common stock were issued and outstanding and 0 shares of our preferred stock were outstanding.
