Well then we shall see, but for me, it leaves no doubt that Michael James is behind it all, including the owner of that mysterious Therapeutics Medical LLC company in Delaware. Notice in the first sentence, it says:

"Terra Tech Corp. (OTCQX: TRTC) ("Terra Tech" or the "Company"), a vertically integrated, cannabis-focused, agriculture company, today announced that its subsidiary Edible Garden, is retailing vitamin and dietary supplement lines throughout the U.S. as part of its ongoing strategy to expand into additional areas of the healthy living industry."

Notice the section I underlined that clearly states dietary supplements, which is exactly the same description given to Therapeutics Medical LLC. Plus given the fact that this company was just created about 60 days ago. Now what could they to have offer TRTC, if the company was just created. I think today's PR made it extremely clear that these products were being acquired through Therapeutics Medical LLC., otherwise it would have stated that these brands were being acquired from NRTI. We all know these products are from NRTI, so why didn't they say so? Because they are still trying to hide the fact that Michael James stole these brands from NRTI and moved them into his newly created Therapeutics Medical LLC.

I'm sorry Fish, but the evidence is absolutely overwhelming that this was orchestrated by Michael James through his new company he created a couple months ago, for the sole purpose to steal away the brands from NRTI before walking away entirely.

Previously I thought he may be trying to do a deal w/Kras to leave NRTI to him, but looks like Kras didn't want to be part of that huge debt problem.

So without so much as a single word in over a year, Michael James walks away from NRTI, taking all its brands with him and doing a deal w/TRTC. Now does that seem legal to anyone? The time has come to initiate action and that is precisely what I will be doing. Cheers!
