CDEL all day long million share blocks. This CEO continues to fail everyone who invests in his BS press releases with no substance other than delays..and more delays.. and when september rolls around..guess what.. nothing will have changed. 2009-2010-2011-2012-2013-2014-2015-2016.. same old D"couto every year. but hey! he get's paid, right?
