ARCS--- Will be the new kid on the block!! Vape/MJ on the website already, Ticker change imminent, Filing for current status, A/S is 1.3 billion and estimated 500 million shares are restricted. The A/S is maxed so no dilution seems to be happening. This has the potential to be huge when the PR's start!!
