Can't handle what? I do an average of 150 parcels a day plus deliver the mail. In my city we have 60 routes doing that kind of volume. At Christmas we averaged over 200 parcels per route. Per truck UPS may have more parcels but as far as parcels per city, not even close to the USPS volume.
