Schadel seems to disregard such things as paying his payroll taxes, fulfilling his contractual obligations, meeting SEC filing deadlines and playing fast and loose with the guidelines of filing a 8-K as their wasn't full disclosure.

It seems Schadel would fight a Complaint filed about full disclosure.

Maybe Prometheus will file a motion for the 4 branches to be named.

But, it is a really good idea.
