I did the same search and was going to remark on Tianjin and Fraunhofer too! LOL, 4:21am is too early for me Bill! 
WRT to Samsung, I'm guessing Samsung Display has the QD TVs in their booth. Samsung Electronics is likely consumer focused and this appears to be a B2B show.
Thanks for sharing Beacher. Uniglobe Kisco appears to be specialists in the vapor deposition of poly(p-xylylene) polymers. Which apparently are known for use as moisture and dielectric barriers. It will be interesting to learn more about the collaboration with their partners to see if this development was driven by their own self interests in offering a film product of this type or in response to a request by a specific display OEM. We should know more sometime in the next 4 weeks.
