It doesn't matter about rain or sun , as there is no " operation " going on for SNEY on the continent of Africa. This is all a story. There are no diamond sales, which the symbol itself conceded by using the semantic phrase repeatedly " delivered to our cash buyer " , which in reality could mean anything, and does not pin the symbol down to having to provide definitive proof the way actually selling a good or service would, because there's no paper trail the way there would be with actually claiming to " sell " a good. But, this is just one example of many where the symbol uses semantics in lieu of clear cut statements, none of which are true btw.
