Again, I have no idea of the point you're trying to make.
I cropped the image to remove the top part of the banner so that it wouldn't draw attention away from the hand supporting the KC box, and then added the red oval to make the hand really obvious.
Whether there is one hand or two in the image, it looks to me like the box was set on the green surface (carpet, felt?) in front of the Denver, CO Big Show banner, and then the hand or hands lifted the front of the box from underneath to create a better view of the Kush Cakes through the window in the box. It appears to me that the rear bottom edge of the box is sitting on the carpeted/felt-covered surface, and maybe the back of the hand(s) is resting on the surface.
I really don't understand why you're belaboring what appear to be such minor points, especially since I was the first person to note that the image wasn't "normal" for a trade show and provided the less clutterd cropped image.
However the image was actually created, until someone can prove otherwise, it's clear that DEWM was not a paid exhibitor at the 2016 Big Industry Show in Denver.
