The exit of a key management member of a biotech company in front of an important event is never a good sign.



While I definitely consider a key resignation without adequate explanation a red flag, I don't have enough experience with such an event to say it catagorically ends badly.
It sounds like you would advise selling ASAP.
I wonder if this could be considered a rule to abide by?

It's not as bad as the disclosure of a problem with their drug would be, but it has me a bit rattled.
I appreciate the input and will be watching the stock with this in mind.
