Fact #1

All construction companies require a deposit. How else can they be expected to pay for materials and subcontractors to begin construction. mCig has not disclosed the amounts of the deposits. You haven't given an example of any construction company that has PR'd the amount of their deposits ahead of their financials. Why should mCig? Because you clamor every day for it? There is no requirement for them to do so...

mCig Announces Agreement With Green Leaf Farms to Construct Large Scale Cultivation and Production Facility in North Las Vegas

HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - Mar 10, 2016) - mCig's Grower Services Division "GSD" (OTC PINK: MCIG) and Players Network (OTC PINK: PNTV) announces today that it has entered into an agreement to develop for Players Network subsidiary Green Leaf Farms, a large scale 26,000 sq. ft. cultivation and production facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Green Leaf has made a deposit for the design and build out of a phased out plan designed to grow with the Nevada Medical Marijuana market.

Fact #2

Construction (Mechanics) liens are available in every state and are routinely exercised by contractors when a customer refuses to pay on time. They entitle the contractor to put a lien on the customer's property for any work performed...

Contractor protections - Mechanics Liens

All contracts have some contingencies and any contract can be broken by a smart lawyer. If a contract is broken, mCig would be protected on the work already performed. However, you have yet to prove that any contingencies on the success of the customer exist or have ever existed on any construction contract. Show us just one example of a construction contract that's contingent on the customer's business being successful. Just one please! You can't because this is pure fantasy.

Fact #3

It's useless to argue about the number of dispensaries contracted to sell Rollies since Rollies are not yet available for sale. However, you have no inside information on how many dispensaries have pre-ordered or expressed interest in ordering them.

Fact #4

95 sales reps were never contracted to sell CannaPods. They were hired to sell mCig's CBD and VitaCig products along with products from mCig's MDA partners. Unfortunately the partners and sales reps all wanted mCig to buy inventory and invest in their marketing and Paul pulled the plug because, coupled with the unavailability of bank financing and high cost of merchant banking (credit cards), it became apparent that this channel would be unprofitable and lead to dilution. At most there were only 10 reps trained to sell CannaPods and Extractors and they were focused on commercial projects. We are just starting to see the results of their efforts. While CannaPods broke off their agreement with mCig, mCig went on to design and sell their own superior grow room technology and this makes up a large part of the $9 million in construction projects they have in their pipeline.

I've never claimed that they would sell a "ton" of extractors. However, these are big ticket items selling for tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars. Even a few sales will bring in quite a bit of revenue and most of these projects will need extraction equipment.
