Maybe you can find something a little clearer than "Defendant: BAYPORT INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS INC." for him.

As I said....a scam by a scammer and his friends. Wayne even admits that in his PR when he disclosed the Judgement...and in the subsequent filings of course.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
