Sometimes people have a "duh" moment....you and me both Condor. The form your speaking of is posted within all the info in the board intro above. It states right in it that they owned 53.5% of the stock. Some people may have the intro turned off. Go look at it and review the rest of the information. They would have had to sink some significant money into the stock on the open market to accumulate that 53.5% unless I am wrong. That, along with any other fees etc. I am guessing would not be an amount someone would walk away from lightly. JMHO but then again we are sitting here waiting for something that has not happened for a very long time.
