I guess I'm trying to figure out the dishonest part. Most of the money was spent on the mine. They paid for the timber to rehab it, they paid for vent pipe, air hose, explosive permits, miners, office staff, mine manager, geologist, mortgage payments, rented office space. To me a scam is saying you did that and actually didn't do it. All of the above was seen and verified as really happening. Perry made some mistakes and he was lead on by some people that deceived him in many ways that he didn't see coming. If anyone was scammed it was Perry by several people in the beginning in ways I'm not at liberty to talk about. Perry made some bad business decisions but those decisions were made based information given to him by the people at the mine.
