I'm moderately invested and very hopeful of this company and team, but honest question here: What will happen to Centaurus and its current investor group if a major shareholder or two dumps into the bid, especially if that happens before they have revenue?

I'm playing devil's advocate here to reassure myself that this company is solid and avoid the track of seeing what I want to see. When I get pieces of info like the Goldman report (or the Maxim bid, etc.), it reminds me of the too-common "buy the rumor, sell the news" scenarios. This report is an example of rumor (or prediction, if you prefer), but not news. I've tried hard to think through any scenarios that could kill this company, and the main weakness I can think of is a major shareholder knocking down the share price.

What do you think? I'd like to know why you do or don't think this can hurt the company's course.
