Diluting is never ever good for average shareholder especially in this scale-literally doubling the float in a relatively short period of time. It doesn't matter "company fundamentals, continued growth, revenue..etc" if it doesn't translate to share price and that is what average shareholder cares. In this case market simply doesn't trust SUNW is for real and legit. The volume is a not there, share price flat at best, tutes manningufl ownership virtually non-existent. The only thing that goes on when it comes to trading is periodic one day flipping and back to dilution. More and more average shareholder began to understand something is not right and, the moment they break even, they will move on. Market basics and share price is the best and most objective reflection of company's fundamentals and future. In this case, market doesn't trust SUNW's management's story. imo
