The CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE (*CE*), even if they did exist, were spot on with their due diligence since they rode the non-existent short from dollars to pennies...

It's funny how so much attention is paid to non-existent nonsense such as the above along with fairytale stories of millions of shorted *abusive* vs legal shares, yet Bordynuik continues to get a pass for proven fraud and robbing from his childrens' trust accounts and the constant defending of current management who pulled the wool over everyone's eyes (except for those that know how to recognize attemtped placating of sharesholders by continuous carrot-dangling with no results) by lying by omission of the truth about the state of the processors before finally admitting they had broken down and to this day they're still not operational and in need of repair...

Why hasn't any money gone towards repairs? Why isn't that talked about instead of the fairy tale stories of non-existent *abusive* shorts?
