I am sure you know that dilution occurs when more and more share are issued which in turn reduces the value of existing shares.
It is patently obvious that to allow more shares to be issued, the authorised number of shares had to be raised as the existing number of shares at the time were almost at the limit of 200,000,000.
The opposite of course is a "share buyback" which increases the value.
Anyway, it does not really matter, as SMME shareholders have absolutely no say in what happens to the company YOU OWN after the recent change to the Articles. The directors and major shareholder call any and all the shots they want.
In racing parlance, what shareholders have really done is take even money about a 1000-1 shot.
Sometimes I wonder about the blind faith various shareholders have.
