JMO, and sucks for shareholders, but Kyle's first duty is to the company, not shareholders (yeah, i can hear the arguements that shareholders own the company.....).

But by bleeding out the coverts and shares down to trip 1 is the smart move. If and when he gets the permit, announce positive news and reverse on positive momentum.

Just have to hope that they have some success before the new converts start hitting six months after the reverse. The company needs capital to dive once the permit is received.
