$DBMM files with the SEC,has their filings AUDITED.. that is transparency. Form 15? No. SEC doesn't accept BS, they shut it down. DBMM is still here. Granted, they are late on their filings, but have already indicated they will be releasing a more robust and inclusive filing showing revenues increased, debts reduced, expenses reduced. That is something I like to see in a company. 2016 will be big for DBMM imo.
