I still own my ASAE. Classic sleeper stock, further complicated by extremely "lumpy" revenues.

Their business model is such that while they have little or no month to moth recurring revenues, once in a while, out of the blue, they sell a property and book a big slug of revenue (relative to market cap and relative to the revenues for the trailing 6-12 months).

ASAE's business model is one the really demands patience from investors.
