You are correct that it cannot be sold in the US, but the question is why not? The answer is because it might be a drug and requires further study, not because it is a scam product.

Yes, there was only one stock promotion that Roth paid for, so the word "continually" is not accurate. I believe it was $15k to be precise. My opinion here is this $15k is pocket change compared to paying for audited financials every quarter.
I choose to look at the bigger picture. When the clinical trials are completed in Mexico and approved by India, then sales will start on a large scale. This is the expectation. This will make the $15k look like a dime found laying on the street.
