So a company that already has a default TCA Global loan is taking on more toxic financing? Is this what profitable companies do? Or is CEO Scott Gallagher lying to shareholders about SEEK being profitable?

Didn't the 1st round of John Fide financing help contribute to the current ZERO BID and the 8+ Billion shares outstanding?
