Same here, yet they do. I filed complaints regarding HESG with the SEC and FINRA mid-April but it appears they rarely act on these OTC scams. This one doesn't even have a CEO, no lawyer, no management, no bid, no OTCM reports in years, no updates, no SOS registration leaving it open to an illegal hijacking - according to OTCM the "company" is Dark/Defunct.

Boogles my mind that the SEC allows this POS to continue trading.
