8-k out on financing a new restaurant via their subsidiary Restaurant Capital Group.

Hmm, well while that certainly falls under their model of a holding company with diverse holdings, that certainly came out of left field.

Personally I have been looking for news on the Suhr deal that they have made such a big deal about, and now this. I also am wondering what has happened to the Vape business which I thought was their only holding up to now.

Gotta just wait for now. The stock did not respond and has hardly been trading since bottoming out a month ago and this news didn't seem to have any impact yet. I think that people must be having the same Qs I have.

I'd like them to get the annual report out also as it is late, but I suppose this is less of a concern at this point
