All Batmasian has to do in order to have a strong fraud case against scam company ADTM and CEO Strong is follow up on the fraudulent booking of revenues by ADTM:

Well Newelong, perhaps he (Batmasian) can see the handwriting on the wall and has been lied to by Management for one too many times. Why would he want to loose it all and go down with the ADTM ship? Therefore he is in salvage mode and will probably Sue the company for their continuous stream of BS about forecasts.
