Hey, do you think anyone on the defense team will play the Magnetar card as this rolls along? I really thought all the interest in Wall Street greed in filmdom would have reignited this volatile topic since so many hedge and TBTF bank players were apparently caught up in earlier "plays" at least as was premised in the several ProPublica investigations. Talk about a story that really got "Shhhhhed" by somebody big.
