A question. As the company has failed and finally fallen off the abyss it was headed to a long time ago, though it made many attempts to keep bringing in money to keep the doors open, (I meant to keep the wealth coming to the family), does anyone remember all the various Private Placements made by the company? And only certain select people were invited to participate in those.
Also, does anyone else remember that the terms were very generous for the participants and the stock price bounce was very predictable as well?
MANY of the folks who controlled the conversations regarding wave systems have pretty much disappeared and those who have not do not have much to say about wave. Of course, there is some question as to why they always chose to stifle any real questions about the relevant things, such as financial condition of the company or pointed out things that just did not square with the message from the CEO.
I wonder if ANYONE still around here was a Private Placement Participant who made money off the backs of the longs they were still telling that this company was going to be the next big thing in cyber security?

If ANYONE else knows of the PP people of the other board where the thought and conversation regarding the company was one sided and no other facts to the contrary were allowed, the attorneys would like to deposition them I am sure.
Anything anyone can do to uncover what went on behind the scenes would be appreciated I am sure...
