mdb1. . . I don't believe there is a single individual here that does not understand the value of a signed contract and I do know that JB and company understands that as well! If that were NOT the case, JB would have long ago filed for Bankruptcy and THEN resurrected the same hype story, which does fit Candyman's vision and would have given GM DHI's pointed meaning.

JB, et al., purposely DID NOT FILE for Bankruptcy protection, giving each one of us investors here some vision of 'resurrection' of our lost dollars.
