As I stated on another board and then forgot to share with this board:
This is so wrong! Can I sue the maker of my fork because I'm fat? Can I now sue a car manufacture because their customer ran over my cat with their product?? Will people now sue bathtub companies for accidental drownings in a tub???
This is plain anti-gun bullchitt to impede the manufacturer of firearms and erode our rights by removing the firearms. With this wrongful suit soon our enemies in war will now sue the gun manufactures of all of the AR15'! Stupid, Right???. Pure Horse Pucky!!! OBTW, don't think I missed the 'smart gun technology' bullchitt; don't get me started on just stupid an idea that is.
