To all road-weary Tirex fellow travelers :


A long-time acquaintance of mine - who ( unfortunately for me )
got into Tirex, initially, because I recommended this permanent
failure of a Company to him .


- - - this acquaintance has filed a detailed S.E.C. complaint,
basically saying this : {1} Tirex is not, and has never been, a
real Company. {2} Tirex has no product, no sales, no employees,
no home office, no revenue, no profits, etc.


WORST OF ALL is that {3} Tirex, as a "non-entity" ( what he said
in his complaint ) .. CANNOT BE A REAL COMPANY BECAUSE
IT NEVER FILES ANY VALID STATEMENT OF ANY SORT WITH
THE S.E.C.


His complaint is in process now. ... He has shared it with me, be-
cause he wants me to join with him in making a similar complaint.


AT THIS TIME, I see no benefit in filing my own complaint, so I
told him "NO" . ... At this time. ... I should mention that his goal
is to shut down Tirex completely, .. because .. IT IS A FRAUD ;
because .. THERE IS NO THERE, THERE !


Can't say what tomorrow will bring, now can I ?
