I thought I recognized the name.

I was thinking the same thing about anticipating cash, maybe from Focus Media(?).

If Gill and Stan had been managing the company correctly (and not taking such huge salaries to build cash reserves), the share price would have been much higher, and they could have sold a small amount of stock to generate money.
