Usually when there is a major screw up or dilution. In this case to keep from getting delisted and to borrow and gain partners so they did not totally go down.

Now if I read it correctly a vote was taken for a 6-1 reverse split and approved. That is not what was done. It was doubled to a 12-1. I have to ask "When was that voted on?"

There has not been much news on any work being done. There has not been any news on projects. Actually there has not been much in about a year.
