It would be foolish of them to attempt to increase the pps right now. If you'll notice there's changes in the filing that's not reflected on OTC Markets. By now they should have the default Judgement. Depending on how fast they cancel the missing 105mil shares, the next Q filing could show a reduction in OS.

But ......

Anyone showing a legit claim from JF will be re-issued shares. Victor knows very darn well that money was used by JF to buy blow... If any shares have to be issued @par .0001, you can bet he wants them sold @.0001 !
